# Profile, password and two-factor sign-in

Open your user menu → **Personal settings**.

## Profile

Change your name, email address and photo. Changing your email asks you to verify the new address.

## Security

You'll be asked for your password first.

* **Update password**, or **Set a password** if you signed up with Google or Microsoft
* **Two-factor authentication**: sign in with a code from an authenticator app. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe.
* **Passkeys**: sign in without a password, using your device's fingerprint, face or PIN
* **Linked sign-in accounts**: disconnect Google or Microsoft sign-in

## Appearance

Choose **Light**, **Dark** or **System**. It applies to this browser only. The same switch is in the user menu.

## Email alerts

In **Workspace settings → Your outreach**, switch instant reply alerts on or off.
