# Review queue and mailbox drafts

## Review queue

![The Review queue with a draft, its research and the Approve button](https://965745608-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fdg7LyestsaNAIIzzILlv%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-393715a61edde60b9c8e3c4b9688d75f7084c9e4%2Freview.webp?alt=media)

Open **Review queue** in the sidebar. Read each draft, make it sound like you, then decide what happens:

* **Save edit**
* **Approve**
* **Skip**
* **Regenerate draft**
* **Create Gmail draft** (puts it in your mailbox's drafts folder)
* **Send now**

Keyboard shortcuts are available to move through the queue quickly.

**Send approved emails** sends all approved drafts one at a time, with a pause between sends.

## Mailbox drafts

**Mailbox drafts** lists the drafts Reach-book.com created in your Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox. From there you can:

* **Send now**
* **Open in** Gmail or Outlook to edit and send it yourself
* **Mark sent manually**
* **Mark replied**

Mailbox drafts need a Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox. SMTP mailboxes can't create them.
