# Unsubscribes and the do-not-contact list

## Unsubscribes

![The Do not contact page](https://965745608-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fdg7LyestsaNAIIzzILlv%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-80f10c367de0709b2bc550326d9e5ff6b6145d14%2Fdo-not-contact.webp?alt=media)

Every campaign email includes an opt-out line and a one-click unsubscribe link. When someone unsubscribes:

* Their address is blocked across the whole workspace, for every campaign and every member.
* Removing them from the do-not-contact list does **not** let you email them again. Their opt-out stays.

You can also mark a reply as **Unsubscribe** in the Inbox to block the address.

## Do-not-contact list

Managers and administrators open **Workspace settings → Do not contact**.

* Add an email address to block one person.
* Add a bare domain (for example `example.com`) to block a whole company.
* Add an optional reason.
* Paste many entries at once, one per line.

Sending and mailbox drafts are blocked for everything on the list.
