# Set up your workspace

A workspace holds your prospects, mailboxes, campaigns and team. Everything you do happens inside one workspace.

## Create a workspace

1. Enter the **workspace name**. If you signed up with a company email, it's suggested from your domain.
2. Answer **What you sell** and **Who it is for**. Drafts use these answers, and you can change them later in [Business profile](/writing-emails/business-profile.md).

## Follow the Get started checklist

Open **Workspace settings → Get started** (from the gear icon at the top right, or **Workspace → Settings** in the sidebar). It has six steps:

1. Describe your business
2. Connect a mailbox
3. Add your first prospect
4. Prepare a first draft
5. Create your first campaign
6. Send your first email

The last step completes only when your mail provider confirms that an email was sent. Marking a prospect as sent by hand doesn't count.

## Several companies or clients

You can belong to several workspaces. Use **Choose a workspace** to switch, or **Create a workspace** for another company or client. Each workspace has its own plan, team and data.
