# What stops a campaign

Reach-book.com stops or pauses follow-ups for a prospect automatically when:

| What happens                                                              | Result                                                                                                                   |

| The prospect replies                                                      | The sequence stops                                                                                                       |
| The email bounces                                                         | The sequence stops                                                                                                       |
| An out-of-office reply arrives                                            | Paused until the return date in the reply, or for 7 days if there's none. Absences longer than 60 days stop the sequence |
| The prospect unsubscribes                                                 | The sequence stops, and the address is blocked in the whole workspace                                                    |
| The address or domain is on the do-not-contact list                       | Nothing more is sent                                                                                                     |
| The prospect is found to be an existing customer                          | Follow-ups stop                                                                                                          |
| You record an outcome: Won, Lost, Bad timing, Meeting booked or Qualified | Follow-ups stop or pause                                                                                                 |

## "Delivery needs review"

If Reach-book.com can't confirm whether an email was delivered, it never retries the send. You'll see **Delivery needs review** and the mailbox pauses until you've checked it, so nobody gets the same email twice.
