# Schedule and sending limits

## Campaign schedule

![Sending rules: daily limit, pause between sends, reply checks and verification](https://965745608-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fdg7LyestsaNAIIzzILlv%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-9325fc2c49436cddf066cbfda3b71ed223664a4e%2Fsending-rules.webp?alt=media)

On the campaign's **Schedule** tab, choose:

* **Send days**: for example Monday to Friday
* **Time window**: from and until, for example 09:00 to 17:00
* **Time zone**: one campaign time zone, or **each prospect's local time** with a fallback zone for prospects without one

## Workspace sending rules

Administrators set limits for everyone in **Workspace settings → Sending rules**:

| Rule | Default |
| ------------------------------- | ---------------- |
| Daily limit per member | 50 emails |
| Pause between sends | 45 seconds |
| Verify addresses before sending | On |
| Check for replies | Every 10 minutes |

Each mailbox can also have its own daily limit. See [Sending rules and mailbox health](/mailboxes/sending-rules-and-mailbox-health.md).

Sending slowly from your own mailbox protects your domain's reputation. Raising limits sharply on a new mailbox makes it more likely your emails land in spam.
